To continuously improve our internal workflows, we are seeking support in automating and optimizing our agency processes - with a particular focus on AI-powered solutions.

Requirements
What you will do
We’re excited to welcome you to our dynamic team, where your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and optimizing existing internal workflows and processes
- Setting up and maintaining automations between our tools (Figma, Personio, ZEP, Notion, Microsoft Teams)
- Implementation and evaluation of AI tools to increase the efficiency of internal processes
- Development of templates, databases, and structured workflows in Notion
- Support the integration and connection of our agency software ecosystem
- Assist with the preparation and execution of certifications
- Documenting processes and creating guidelines for the team
- Identifying opportunities for optimization in day-to-day operations
- Working closely with management and unit leads
Who you are

- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., business informatics, business administration, media management, or similar)
- Strong focus on the use of AI tools in your daily work—you don’t just use AI, you think in AI
- Experience with Vibe Coding: you build and iterate quickly using AI-supported development approaches
- Affinity for no-code/low-code automation and digital workflows
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
